GOOD COFFEE.
TO THE
RIGHT PLACES.

MUTO starts with green coffee and the roasters who give it their own expression. We are developing MUTO GREEN to connect sourcing, TEST LOT samples, roast feedback and repeat orders.

01 / MUTO GREEN

THE COFFEE COMES FIRST.

01

Find a lot to explore

Our planned customer service starts with exploring CORE and SELECT lots. Clear origin, lot and availability records would help roasters choose what to sample for their own coffee.

02

Try, roast and give feedback

The planned TEST LOT flow connects a sample with roasting observations and cupping feedback. Keeping these records with the lot would help guide the next trial and conversation.

03

Continue to the next order

We plan to connect sample feedback with quote requests, orders and repeat orders. Price and stock calculations would stay in code, with a person confirming quotes and orders.

02 / Software in development

FROM LOT RECORDS.
TO THE NEXT TRIAL.

Our internal orders, inventory and partner-record tools provide a starting point. We plan to extend this foundation into a customer service, then connect lot and batch records with roast-curve analysis and cupping feedback.

In development

Coffee operations workspace

Our internal workspace brings together orders, inventory, partner records and document preparation. We are developing and validating these workflows before broader use.

Planned Claude analysis

Compare lots, explain the next trial

We plan to use Claude with analysis tools to compare lots, explain roast-curve differences alongside cupping notes, and suggest trials grounded in recorded data. Code would compute curve metrics; people would review recommendations and evaluate results.

The customer service and Claude integration are not launched. Hardware integration remains exploratory and is not available.

03 / Order review concept

AN ANSWER SHOULD
SHOW ITS WORK.

Explore three prepared, synthetic examples of an order review. All records are fictional; these are illustrations, not live company data or model-generated responses.

ILLUSTRATIVE REQUEST

“Prepare a draft for
30 kg of Lot A.”

Every name, quantity and record in this example is fictional.

Order requestLot A · 30 kg
Stock recordLot A · 60 kg available
Price recordCurrent price list found
EXPECTED REVIEW BEHAVIOURDraft ready for review

Use the records.
Keep the decision with a person.

A proposed assistant would link the requested lot and quantity to the stock and price records, then prepare a draft for human review.

No message is sent and no order is committed automatically.

Source links and unresolved fields would remain attached to the draft.

04 / Planned development

BUILD IN STAGES.
TEST WITH RECORDS.

  1. Sourcing, samples and repeat ordersBuild the customer flow from lot discovery through TEST LOT feedback to quote and order requests, using the internal operations tools as a foundation.
  2. Roast curves alongside cuppingNext, connect roast logs, equipment and batch context with cupping feedback. Use computed metrics and Claude-assisted explanations to propose trials for human review. Evaluate outcomes against a baseline; a curve alone cannot establish taste or improvement.
  3. Longer-term grind adjustment researchExplore recommendations using temperature, humidity and actual shot feedback, including dose, yield and extraction time. Test the value of environmental inputs against a baseline first. Device control would require separately validated, device-specific software; equipment compatibility has not been established.
